Working for the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy

AFCA - Work for us

Would you like to spend Easter and summer holidays coaching for the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy?

Freddie Flintoff is a unique cricketer and person who plays the game with passion, heart and enthusiasm. These qualities are essential for any potential AFCA coach or manager. The Academies offer a unique cricketing experience and develops individual cricketers to do this with a big smile on their face. The Academy creates an environment where children can learn by having fun and the freedom to express themselves as cricketers. The aim of the Academy is to not only coach children but also inspire them.

We require outgoing and highly motivated qualified cricket coaches to work on the prestigious Academies. Individuals should have a sound cricket knowledge and above all be enthusiastic and outgoing in their coaching approach to reflect the way Andrew Flintoff plays cricket. They should be professional in appearance and in the way they deal with people as well as reliable and passionate about cricket and coaching.

We offer good rates of pay, full training and the guarantee of a fun packed Easter and summer working on our camps!

Our Academies are hosted at schools with excellent cricket facilities and coaches need to be able to deliver high quality, structured and fun cricket sessions. The ability to run tactical awareness sessions, SAQ training, video analysis, fitness advice, nutritional advice and mental preparation sessions are an advantage.
