Freddie challenges at the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy

Throughout the Academy week we have a number of specific Freddie Challenges that everyone takes part in.

This is a chance for all players to see how much they have improved as well as testing skills which Freddie is well known for.

These include hitting the ball a long way, bowling accurately and catching as many catches as you can in one minute.

They are a lot of fun and there are prizes for the winners!
