Where do you recruit your staff from?
Our staff are recruited directly from county cricket boards. As a result they all hold an ECB qualification and are highly skilled in coaching and dealing with children.

If I want to know how my child is getting on at an academy, what do I do?
We have a welfare officer on site at every camp at all times. Any parent can ring our office on one of the freephone numbers and they will then contact the welfare officer to see how a child is getting on. Our office will then report directly back to the parent.
